Effective Leadership

Private Consultations/Coaching and Group Training
Individual consultations/coaching and group training are direct, supportive and enjoyable. We work with senior executives on an individual (or small group) basis accomodating their scheduling constraints. Team training and sales force training occurs in various formats. All interactions are customized to client needs and objectives.
Tools and Results
Use of videotaping and immediate feedback provides for quick results. Depending on individual and group needs, the skills addressed are Message Development, Behavioral Delivery, Interaction, Questions & Answers, PowerPoint Design and Delivery, Press and Media Interviews, Video & Audio Conferences and Webcasts.
